Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect the time of our clients and our team, please review our booking policy:
* Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the booked service.
* No-shows (clients who do not attend their appointment without notice) will also be charged 20% of the total service cost.
* By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
